Nancy Roach, Photographer and Videographer

Storyteller, Videographer, Photographer and Adventurer

Nancy studied at the UK Newport School of Art, on the acclaimed Documentary Photography course. It was a pivotal time establishing her love of storytelling. The course was led by David Hurn, a Magnum photographer, and numerous other high profile photographers.

A love of travel and adventure has taken her to various parts of the globe, producing a range of images and exhibitions for community and government organisations.

More recently, she taught photography and digital media at several colleges and universities in the UK, including the Lincoln School of Film and Media for over ten years, and postgraduate studies in Motion Graphics and Interactive Multimedia complimented her knowledge and skills.

Now based on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada, she also undertakes projects and consultancy, with her extensive experience of video, photography and teaching.
